In his dispute resolution practice, Simone regularly acts as arbitration counsel before major institutions such as ICC, SIAC, HKIAC, LCIA, LMAA, SCMA, on a variety of cases arising out of breaches of a wide spectrum of contracts. In his non-contentious practice, he advises on strategic and legal issues arising out of cross-border transactions, inbound and outbound trade and investments, corporate restructuring, and day to day operations within and across Europe and APAC, including advising and assisting clients in preparing and negotiating all manner of commercial contracts and submissions with local authorities in several jurisdictions.
