What we are looking for in our people?
We are always looking for passionate people to join us. While good academic and professional qualifications are important, we also look for personal qualities that we think will contribute positively to the way we run our practice. It is important that you are team player and are happy to work with persons of different backgrounds and cultures. We look for individuals who demonstrate positive traits such as enthusiasm and diligence, and are willing to challenge themselves and extend their boundaries. Gateway is a family-oriented practice, and we strive to help our people achieve a good work-life balance. We strive to maintain an open-door culture and encourage our people to take an active role in helping in whatever way they can to make Gateway a pleasant and conducive place to be in.
“By chasing our passion, not our pension, we all can receive the gift that comes from knowing that all life – present and future – has been nurtured by our individual contributions.”
