Annie graduated from the Singapore Management University in 2023 and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in 2024.

Annie’s work mainly involves litigation and dispute resolution, and spans a variety of subject matters including contracts, companies, employment and intellectual property law.

Some of the notable matters that she is currently handling and/or assisting includes the following:

• Assisted and advised a large security and fire protection products company in Singapore to initiate a claim in the Magistrate’s Court against a customer for unpaid invoices for the supply of goods and services. Thereafter, successfully commencing and obtaining an enforcement order for the attachment of debt against the defaulting customer’s monies held in its bank account.
• Preparing and sending various Letters of Demand for the recovery of unpaid monies due and owing to the practice’s clients. For example, a digital agency in the business of web and graphic design seeking payment from its customer for unpaid invoices for services rendered.
• Assisted a shareholder in a Mobile Application and NFT (i.e. Non-Fungible Tokens) company to make a claim against the said company for the recovery of his initial investment and for the issuance and/or allotment of Tokens due and owing to the shareholder.
• Assisting in an arbitral matter in the SIAC and specifically the claimant therein, a large Aerospace manufacturer, for a claim against a robotics equipment manufacturer for their failure to complete and/or commission such equipment.
• Assisting a leading and innovative door manufacturer in Singapore for proceedings in the High Court of Singapore and in relation to claims for a complex patent infringement and passing-off matter.

In her free time, Annie enjoys participating in musical activities such as symphonic band concerts and performances.
