Divyya graduated with an LLB (Hons.) from the National University of Singapore. She was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in 2024.

Divyya is an Associate in the Corporate and IP Practice at Gateway Law Corporation, where she advises clients on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters. Divyya’s legal practice spans technology, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, regulatory compliance, intellectual property transactions and cross-border commercial contracts.

Prior to joining Gateway, Divyya gained diverse legal experience in both private practice and in-house settings. She has acted in complex commercial disputes and high-value matters at the High Court of Singapore. Her in-house experience at a technology start-up also gives her valuable insight into practical business concerns, enabling her to deliver commercially sensible and legally sound solutions.

With her strong foundation in both contentious and non-contentious matters, Divyya brings a well-rounded perspective to corporate advisory work and is committed to supporting clients in navigating an increasingly complex regulatory and commercial landscape.
