Geneva graduated from University of Exeter, United Kingdom with a LL.B. (Hons) Degree, and upon her return to Singapore, was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in 2021.

Geneva’s experience covers a broad range of general corporate commercial, intellectual property, TMT and compliance work. She works with a wide range of clients including private clients, public institutions and government agencies, and frequently advises on documents relating to a variety of industries and businesses.

She currently assists with drafting and reviewing a variety of corporate transactional documents relating to private equity and corporate governance, and works frequently on corporate intellectual property transactions relating to licences, IP assignment, research collaboration, and other general IP matters.

Geneva has also advised on a variety of TMT matters, which include data protection policies and data governance frameworks, as well as matters relating to software, source code and end user licensing.

She also currently oversees and attends to corporate secretarial work at Gateway.
