Gerald’s practice focuses on asset and wealth management and advising on investment funds, including drafting and review of different types of fund documents, including private placement memorandums, investment management agreements, subscription agreements, administration agreements, custodian agreements and constitutive documents such as company constitution and partnership agreements of limited partnership funds.

He has extensive experiences advising on the establishment of umbrella fund structures in the form of Singapore variable capital companies (VCC), covering investment strategies ranging from private equity, venture capital, early-stage global investments, hedge funds, fund of funds, real estate funds, structuring open-ended or closed-ended funds.
