On the intellectual property front, Inshirah plays a pivotal role in managing a wide spectrum of IP matters, covering both contentious and non-contentious work. Her practice focuses on the prosecution of patent, trade mark, and design applications, as well as providing strategic advice on prosecution approaches. She works with a diverse range of clients, including government agencies, multinational corporations, and local enterprises, supporting them in the protection, enforcement, and management of their extensive and varied IP portfolios, both in Singapore and internationally.
In addition to her core IP responsibilities, Inshirah is actively involved in the firm’s business development initiatives. She contributes to client relationship management, assists in the preparation of proposals and tenders, participates in industry networking events, and supports efforts to expand the firm’s market presence.
Her experience also extends to corporate secretarial work and the review of non-complex commercial contracts, including employment-related agreements. This breadth of exposure enables her to bridge IP considerations with broader business and compliance needs.
Inshirah is fluent in English and Malay, has intermediate proficiency in Arabic, and is literate in Korean. She has a keen interest in exploring the history and culture of different communities, and enjoys acquiring new language skills as part of her professional and personal growth.
