Sharnutha graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (Hons.) from SOAS, London, and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore. At Gateway, Sharnutha’s work focuses on advising a wide range of clients, including government agencies, and businesses on contract negotiation and review, employment matters, share acquisitions, and the commercialisation, protection, and transfer of Intellectual Property.

At the outset of her career, Sharnutha handled matters involving commercial, family, and civil disputes. This experience laid a strong foundation in dispute resolution and client advocacy, which she now draws on to deliver practical, risk-aware advice.
