Josephine graduated from the National University of Singapore in 2021. She was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in 2022.

Josephine’s primary focus is on technology and corporate transactions. Her experience includes advising on the commercialisation, protection and transfer of intellectual property for private clients, institutions and government agencies. She has also worked on matters related to data protection, share acquisition and employment.
