Thien Min’s practice area includes intellectual property, corporate, employment, and immigration laws. He also has a spectrum of exposure with respect to handling corporate secretarial matters for Singapore companies.

Thien Min plays an active role in advising a wide array of clients which includes inventors, start-up businesses, entrepreneurs, and government agencies in planning and devising effective intellectual property strategies to maximize their business potential. He also manages intellectual property portfolios for many multi-national corporations and assist to have these maintained both locally and internationally.

Thien Min’s practice also includes advice on employment-related matters such as issues relating to employment passes, transfer of employees, and employees’ benefit under the Employment Act. His clientele in this regard range from multi-national corporations, to small and medium enterprises.
