Private Education Practice Group

The Private Education group is a specialist group, comprising lawyers from our various departments including from our employment law practice, our litigation and dispute resolution lawyers, our regulatory and corporate law group, coming together to provide specialist and focused advice to clients who are currently practicing under the new private education regime in Singapore. The team has previously successfully obtained approval and certification for a US-based college to set-up in Singapore, working closely with CPE to achieve this successful outcome. It is believed to be one of the first or early pioneer cases in this regard.
