Shruti, a Qualified Company Secretary under the membership of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India has worked with multinational companies in India and a practice law firm in Singapore in her tenure of more than 10 years.

Shruti has a spectrum of exposure with respect to handling Corporate Secretarial matters in India and Singapore. She has handled compliance work of various regulatory bodies in India such as Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI).

Shruti has been an active member of the Corporate Social Responsibility Team & also a Presiding Officer of the Internal Complaints Committee in the organization she was associated in India.
